Cold running in
冷磨合可以分成無壓縮磨合和壓縮磨合兩個(gè)步驟，無壓縮冷磨合時(shí)，要拆下噴油器;壓縮冷磨合時(shí)則需要裝上噴油器或者控制減壓結(jié)構(gòu)。

冷磨合時(shí)，要以外力帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，整個(gè)過程不能有柴油供給，而且要隨時(shí)觀察機(jī)油壓力，檢查氣門室內(nèi)有沒有潤滑油流動(dòng)，同時(shí)水溫要控制在40℃，注意各部位有沒有異常響聲，如果有的話，要立即停機(jī)檢查，排除故障。冷磨合后要放出磨合油，清洗整個(gè)的潤滑油管路系統(tǒng)。

向混凝土攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油底殼加入足量的清潔磨合油，檢查調(diào)整氣門間隙和供油提前角，排出燃油系統(tǒng)中的空氣，然后啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，在冷卻系統(tǒng)水溫達(dá)到40℃以上時(shí)，提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速，并隨時(shí)注意發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各缸的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。

穩(wěn)定發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速，慢慢增加負(fù)荷，持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)半小時(shí)，檢查各部位是否有漏油、漏水、漏氣等現(xiàn)象，水溫、油壓是否正常，攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是否有異響或者異常。如果有及時(shí)熄火進(jìn)行排查。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱磨合完畢后，應(yīng)再次檢查調(diào)整氣門間隙，待發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度降低后，按規(guī)定力矩緊固氣缸蓋螺母。
