二、出料的勻稱性問題是水泥自動攪拌車機能的一個重要指標之一,它直接影響著施工質量。在運送混凝土時,攪拌筒轉速應節制在2~5r/min,在運送間隔較長可能混凝土的塌落度較大時,出料前應先將攪拌筒快速動彈5~10圈,使內里的混凝土能充實攪拌,這樣出料的勻稱性就會大大提高。若途中混凝失水,到工地應加水調解,并充實攪拌,雖然這種環境應只管制止,但是這樣會使混凝土的質量得不到擔保。有的用戶在利用時不留意節制在運輸歷程中的轉速,過快會增大燃油的耗損,過小則會造成混凝土離析。因此應嚴格憑據要求來節制攪拌筒的轉速,以提高混凝土運送質量。

Therefore, the rotation speed of mixing drum should be controlled strictly according to the requirements, so as to improve the quality of concrete transportation.

三、凝土限量不能高出罐體的大方量,因為混凝土強度品級差別它的密度也差別,高強度混凝土一般密度也大,同樣的體積,裝多了對車倒霉。輸送混凝土的容量、質量及坍落度應切合車輛利用說明書中的規定,實時加注潤滑油。

四、露天停放過的水泥自動攪拌車,裝料前應先將攪拌筒以出料偏向旋轉,把水泥罐內的積水放掉,確保運送混凝土的質量。

五、公路上行駛時,卸料溜槽降至低處并轉至與車身垂直部位,用鎖緊裝置把卸料溜槽鎖緊在機架上,防備由于不牢靠而搖動,造成傷人變亂和影響其它車輛運行。假如階梯狀況欠好,會對罐車的罐軸有損傷。

5、 When driving on the road, the unloading chute is lowered to the lowest position and turned to the vertical part of the vehicle body. 六、卸料前,假如發現水分蒸發、坍落度偏低等不能滿。用戶要求時,可適當向攪拌筒內加水,然后按進料偏向以6~10r/min速度旋轉30轉后再卸料。

6、 Before unloading, if the water evaporation and slump are found to be low, it can not be full. When required by the user, water can be added into the mixing drum properly, and then the material can be discharged after 30 rotations at the speed of 6 ~ 10R / min according to the feeding deviation.

七、水泥自動攪拌車在運送混凝土的歷程中攪拌筒不得遏制動彈,以免混凝土發生離析現象。

7、 In the process of transporting concrete by concrete mixer truck, the mixing drum shall not contain moving motion, so as to avoid concrete segregation.
