解決辦法：供油液壓泵吸油口過濾器堵塞，此時可清洗濾油器；油液鉆度過大，此時可更換適合的油液；軸向或徑向間隙過大等原因等造成，此時要研磨定子或其他有關(guān)零件，使軸向間隙符合要求。

Solution: if the filter at the oil suction port of the oil supply hydraulic pump is blocked, the oil filter can be cleaned; if the oil drill is too large, the suitable oil can be replaced; if the axial or radial clearance is too large, the stator or other relevant parts should be ground to make the axial clearance meet the requirements.

二：大型自上料水泥攪拌車液壓馬達的原動機功率或轉(zhuǎn)速不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致輸出轉(zhuǎn)速和輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩低

2： The output speed and torque of hydraulic motor of large-scale concrete mixer is low due to improper power or speed of prime mover

解決辦法：原動機功率不匹配，此時需要更換原動機，使之與液壓泵功率匹配；原動機轉(zhuǎn)速低于額定轉(zhuǎn)速，此時可選用轉(zhuǎn)速滿足要求的原動機。

Solution: if the prime mover power does not match, the prime mover needs to be replaced to match the power of the hydraulic pump; if the prime mover speed is lower than the rated speed, the prime mover with the rotational speed meeting the requirements can be selected.

三：大型自上料水泥攪拌車各連接處密封不嚴，有空氣混入

解決辦法：檢查和緊固各連接處，提高密封性能。

Solution: check and tighten the joints to improve the sealing performance.

四：工作介質(zhì)污染，液壓馬達內(nèi)部通道被堵塞

解決辦法：拆解，仔細清洗并更換清潔的工作介質(zhì)。

Solution: disassemble, carefully clean and replace clean working medium.

五：大型自上料水泥攪拌車配流盤和葉片磨損，內(nèi)泄漏大

解決辦法：修復(fù)或更換有關(guān)零件。

Solution: repair or replace the relevant parts.

六：大型自上料水泥攪拌車液壓系統(tǒng)中單向閥密封不良

解決辦法：修理單向閥閥座或更換有關(guān)零件，使閥座與鋼球嚴格密合。

Solution: repair the check valve seat or replace the relevant parts, so that the valve seat and steel ball are tightly closed.

七：液壓系統(tǒng)中溢流閥失靈
