二、放料的均勻性問題是自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)值之一,它直接干擾著施工質(zhì)量。在運(yùn)送混凝土?xí)r,攪勻筒轉(zhuǎn)速比應(yīng)控制在2~5r/min,在運(yùn)送間距較長也許 混凝土的塌落度比較大時(shí),放料前要先將攪勻筒迅速移動(dòng)5~10圈,使里面的混凝土能充分?jǐn)噭?那樣放料的均勻性便會(huì)進(jìn)一步提高。若中途混凝缺水,到工地應(yīng)兌水調(diào)節(jié),并充分?jǐn)噭?盡管這類環(huán)境應(yīng)只要制止,可是那樣會(huì)使混凝土的品質(zhì)無法得到保證。有的客戶在運(yùn)用時(shí)不注意控制在運(yùn)送過程中的轉(zhuǎn)速比,過快會(huì)增.大燃油的損耗,過小則會(huì)導(dǎo)致混凝土離析。因而應(yīng)嚴(yán)苛根據(jù)要求來控制攪勻筒的轉(zhuǎn)速比,以提升混凝土運(yùn)送品質(zhì)。

Therefore, the speed ratio of mixing drum should be controlled strictly according to the requirements to improve the quality of concrete transportation.

三、凝土較大限定不可以高出儲(chǔ)罐的較大方量,是因?yàn)榛炷翉?qiáng)度等級(jí)區(qū)別它的密度也區(qū)別,高強(qiáng)度混凝土一般密度也大,一樣的容積,裝多了對車不好。輸送混凝土的容積、品質(zhì)及坍落度應(yīng)契合車輛運(yùn)用使用說明書中的要求,實(shí)時(shí)加注潤滑油。

四、露天停放過的自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐,裝料前要先將攪勻筒以放料偏向旋轉(zhuǎn),把水泥罐內(nèi)的積水放掉,確保運(yùn)送混凝土的品質(zhì)。
