4、如不成則應(yīng)考量是油嘴不霧化，油泵柱塞彈簧和彈簧座破裂，卡住不運行，或者柴油內(nèi)有水。拆下來油嘴總成查驗開啟壓力和霧化，假如油嘴總成是正常的，可讓客戶用潔凈柴油裝進壺中用油路旁接法開展實驗。若再有斷火狀況應(yīng)考量是發(fā)動機狀況。

4. If not, it should be considered that the nozzle is not atomized, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken and stuck, or there is water in the diesel oil. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the customer can fill the pot with clean diesel oil and carry out the experiment by oil way side connection. If there is a broken fire condition, the engine condition should be considered.

5、拆下來噴油器總成，旋轉(zhuǎn)曲軸數(shù)圈，即有水噴出來，表明缸蓋，缸體有裂痕或沙孔，碰到這類狀況時，可向客戶表述或向柴油發(fā)動機公司反應(yīng)。歸屬于發(fā)動機狀況就不作敘述。

5. Remove the fuel injector assembly, rotate the crankshaft for several turns, and the water will spray out, which indicates that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. In case of such situation, you can express to the customer or respond to the diesel engine company. The engine condition is not described.
